Each piece of furniture also consists of fittings, i.e. hinges and runners. OTOTO furniture features the highest quality BLUM products with a special soft-close BLUMOTION system.

Order processing time indicates how much time is necessary to produce our furniture, plus 2-3 days for transport. Each piece has its own completion date which is the maximum time. If the product description is ‘up to 8 weeks’, you can still receive your furniture after 4 weeks. We will inform you about the exact date after you place the order.

You can place an order by adding the selected product to the cart. Payment takes place by bank transfer, account number 54 1020 3176 0000 5002 0285 1038 PKO BANK POLSKI or by our payment provider CashBill.
When the funds are credited to our account, the order will be sent for production and we will start to count the order processing time.

Fittingly for superior quality furniture, we deliver our furniture in full. Before ordering, please check the journey of your furniture to its destination. Be sure to measure the width and height of your doorways and check the ability to pass through the staircase.

We send the furniture in full via our partner transport companies. Before shipment, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Remember that transport does not include bringing furniture into your flat/house. If you would like your furniture to be carried in, please contact us in advance.

If you like our furniture, but the size or colour do not match your interior, just contact us by phone or via the contact form. After discussing the details, we will prepare a rough drawing of the necessary changes with the quotation and due date. Everything will take place by e-mail or telephone. If you are happy with the changes, we will get to work. 

Customisation includes:

• dyeing (you can choose the dye colour from among 16 shades of oil-waxes featured in our offer, or the natural colour of birch plywood protected with clearcoat. Furniture does not have to be in one colour. The final look depends on your imagination)
• dimensions (each dimension can be adapted to your interior while maintaining an original design)
• functional layout (if you need to change the functional layout of your furniture, e.g. you would like more drawers or shelves, or to change the front opening side, we will help you adjust it to your individual needs).

Proper care of oiled furniture will allow you to enjoy its natural appearance for years.

As part of basic care activities, clean your furniture with a slightly damp cloth made from a soft material to avoid scratching the surface. Do this according to the arrangement of the rings.

Do not use any detergents that can cause discoloration or stains. In case of an alcohol spill, remove it quickly to prevent absorbing into the wood structure. Clean oiled furniture only with products designed specifically for that purpose.

After a few years, it is worth refreshing your furniture by reapplying oil wax. Contact us to find out which oil wax you need.

If you choose the colour of natural plywood, we will cover the furniture with a special-design clear matte varnish. If you are using our colour palette, we apply the highest quality OSMO oil.

Unlike laminated board and mdf furniture, plywood furniture can be renovated.

Renovation consists of gentle sanding with P200 granulation paper using, for example an eccentric sander. Next, we thoroughly dust the surface and reapply one or two layers of oil wax; the second layer is applied after 8 hours. In case of varnished furniture, oil is replaced with a varnish intended for wooden furniture.
